3000

I didn't even work out today and I'm allready at a 2800 calorie burn : ) Some days are just like that. Well, it was hectic, but at least I get to look forward to hitting 3000 calories burned before midnight! 3 Musketeers, here I come! Seriously, for all you chocoholics, have you tried those candy bars? They have by far the least calories and fat out of any of the big-name candy bars, and they are so good! It's a great, much less guilt-giving way to treat yourself. I'm all about finding ways to treat myself!

Gots lots to share, just got over the flu, down for 3 days but back doing lite workouts for a few days and then back to grindstone to continue the carving of the physique. I will message you my phone number and you can text me if you want....no pressure...wink wink. Let me know when your training time is and where I may be able to occasionally go to another gym.

  2. Trish, it's been a while!!! I have just been adjusting to my new schedule. I've been hitting Bradshaw gym in the evening the past week and a half because it's close to my house. I'll be back in soon though. Prob next week. I'm wanting to work out at Calvine two or three days a week in the late morning. And yes, message me your number!
